Application Information
Quarters begin the last full weeks of August & November and the first full week of March. Applications must be submitted six weeks before the beginning of a new quarter. Mentorships may be exercised throughout the year.

Applying to Life Ministry Institute
We want to get you moving in your calling and education. Students can start the program during any quarter classes are offered. Students must apply for admission to the institute by submitting a formal application packet, ordering official transcripts of grades to the school and having recommendation forms sent in from friends and leaders who know you. An interview will also be required.

Application packets are available from the Northwest Church office or select the download below. Students will be contacted to set up the interview and will be notified as to if they are accepted into the program. Applications must be submitted six weeks prior to the new quarter.
